We are human. Remember that. We can go through all the training and practice in the world but we are still human with busy lives and we can’t be perfect every single moment. This install is beautiful but there is one thing about it that isn’t textbook. I always take pictures for content but also to analyze my work and grow. AND give myself some grace. This flaw may go unnoticed by the client and myself if I never took a pic. Her hair and scalp is still in a healthy state. I may see it when she comes back for her maintenance but at the end of the day, it’s all ok and awareness is what it’s all about! Just a little about me… I’m a salon owner and full time stylist behind the chair along with being a Cutting Educator for @invisiblebeadextensions. On top of all that I’m a boy mama, wifey and friend. My goal on this page is to educate clients and stylists to make connections that are authentic. Whether that is from a personal post or a professional one , I’m here for it! In a time of social media craziness, I’ve decided to focus on what I want to post , when I want to post it and see what happens. There are laws of hair cutting that apply to all hair types and textures but there’s different rules and approaches we can use on different heads of hair.
